You should allow a minimum of 2 weeks from the date of purchase for your item to ship. However, this time frame may vary depending on the type of items(s) you have ordered.
The 'Ships' time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. For example, if an item displays "Ships: "in 2 weeks," the item will leave our warehouse within 2 weeks after you place your order. While 26 Fitness works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalized, custom-configured, and more popular items may have longer Ship times. Also, back ordered parts may slightly delay the refurbishment process which may delay shipments.
Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.
Once the item leaves our warehouse, the Shipping Method you choose on the Cart page or with our sales team determines how quickly your shipped item delivers to your doorstep.

26 Fitness offers in-store pickup for most items purchased on our website. Please contact our sales person to schedule a date & time for pick up.
Once your order is placed, 26 Fitness provides information on your order by email. We'll send a Shipment Notification email when the item ships from our warehouse. The Shipment Notification email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a Delivers by date. You can click the tracking number link to track your package on the carrier's website.

Once your items are available at the 26 Fitness Warehouse, we'll send a Pickup Notification email.
26 Fitness chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment if you choose to have us ship your item. To make sure your order reaches you securely, our shipments require a signature for delivery.
26 Fitness will arrange shipment for orders within the continental US. All international shipments are required to be scheduled by the purchaser.
